Prepare copies or save these in an offline folder on your phone so you can access them even without internet.

  1. Passport photos for every family member.
  2. Visa/eVisa or visa exemption documentation.
  3. E-ticket and booking confirmation.
  4. Address and phone number of your first accommodation, written in Vietnamese.
  5. Phone number for a relative in the US.
  6. Phone number for a relative or contact in Vietnam.
  7. Travel insurance information, if applicable.
  8. List of personal medications and necessary health notes.
