Is Z Travel a tour company?
No. Z Travel is not a group tour operator or mass-market package tour provider. We focus on preparation, providing checklist guides, organizing trip information, SIM/app guidance, and supporting family communication coordination within an agreed scope so you can have a more independent and clearer trip.
Does Z Travel sell airline tickets?
No. Z Travel is not an airline ticket agency and cannot issue or change flight ticket information for customers. Customers purchase their own airline tickets or use their own travel agent.
Does Z Travel book hotels for me?
No. Z Travel does not provide hotel booking services. We can only help customers organize accommodation information into the Trip Information Card, provide suggestions on which areas to stay in, and suggest helpful questions for customers to ask the accommodation provider directly.
Where should I start if I don't know which package to choose?
If you want to prepare on your own and need a checklist and guide saved on your phone, start with Companion Kit ($49) or Companion Kit Plus ($199). If your family wants arrival coordination and information support during the first days in Vietnam, check out the Guided Return line.
Which package fits if my family needs more support?
GRP — Guided Return Plus — $999 is the recommended package if your family needs more thorough preparation, arrival-day support, updates for family in the US, and 7 days of light support after arriving in Vietnam.
Can I add more destinations?
Yes. You can add the CDP — Custom Destination Planning service for $200 per additional destination (Example: Ho Chi Minh City + Nha Trang = 2 destinations = $400) to receive separate, detailed guide notes for each area.
