Apartment / stay reference
Apartment information, stay references, or hotel contact references suitable for Z Travel to consider when customers need a reliable source.
SIM/eSIM / phone support
Providers who support SIM/eSIM, phone setup, or device guidance within a clear scope, without claiming to be a telecom service in place of a carrier.
Tour guide / local guide
Local guides, translation, or local assistance who help customers understand local context, get around, and communicate more easily.
Wellness / spa / beauty reference
Spa, beauty, wellness, or pharmacy logistics references with clear information that respect service boundaries.
Restaurant / local experience reference
Restaurants or local experience references that suit Vietnamese-American families, older travelers, or groups who prefer a slower pace.

Doesn't overpromise, doesn't pressure customers into additional services, and only works within the agreed scope.
What Criteria Does Z Travel Use to Review and Evaluate Vendors?
Standards for reviewing independent service partner applications during the pilot phase:
- A real, operating service.
- Clear contact information.
- Reliable responsiveness.
- Transparent pricing and scope of service.
- An attitude suited to older travelers / families.
- The ability to support customers within scope.
- No pressure to purchase additional services.
- No language that could be misleading about medical, legal, financial, visa, or emergency matters.
Review Process
Submitting your information does not guarantee acceptance into the network. Z Travel reserves the right not to respond or not to use a provider if they aren't a good fit.

Step 2: Z Travel Reviews
- 2 Z Travel reviews the information, scope of service, contact channels, and overall fit.
Step 3: Further Verification If a Good Fit
- 3 If it's a good fit, Z Travel will reach out for further verification before using the provider in any workflow.
Step 4: Used Only After Review
- 4 A vendor is only used in a client workflow after being reviewed and confirmed as a good fit.

Don't promise guaranteed outcomes
Vendors may not commit to outcomes on behalf of Z Travel or imply that every situation can be resolved.
Don't claim to be an official partner
Do not claim to be an official partner without clear written confirmation from Z Travel.
Don't use Z Travel's logo/name without permission
Do not use the Z Travel logo or name for advertising without written permission from Z Line Group LLC.
Don't collect payment on Z Travel's behalf
Do not collect payment or represent Z Travel without written permission.
Don't promise beyond scope
Do not promise medical, legal, visa, financial, banking, or emergency support on behalf of Z Travel.
