All third-party services are provided by independent providers, and clients pay those providers directly, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any medical or personal information entered into the Resource Hub is entered and managed entirely by the client, stored locally on their own device. Z Travel does not collect, verify, diagnose, or provide any professional medical opinion on this information.

No. Companion Kit is not a travel tour, does not include flight tickets, and is not a hotel booking service. It's a digital preparation kit — practical checklists and a personal Private Resource Hub that help your family organize and manage trip information in a clearer, more systematic way.
Does the Resource Hub store my information anywhere?
To reduce unnecessary data storage, any personal information you enter into the Resource Hub is stored only locally in your device's browser using localStorage technology. Z Travel does not upload this information to a server and does not store your personal data. Only enter information you're comfortable keeping on that device.
Can I buy and use Companion Kit to prepare for my parents?
Yes. Companion Kit is an excellent fit for adult children or relatives in the U.S. helping prepare documents, luggage, and itineraries for older parents returning to Vietnam. The intuitive, mobile-friendly interface makes it easy for parents to look up information on the go.
What's the difference between Companion Kit Plus (CKP) and Companion Kit (CK)?
