- If it's a good fit, the client chooses a package and Z Travel handles onboarding.
What partners should not promise
This protects honesty and the long-term reputation of both partners and Z Travel.
Don't claim Z Travel is a travel agency
Z Travel provides preparation support and coordination within a clear scope — it is not a tour operator or a travel-booking agency.
Don't promise emergency support
Partners should not claim Z Travel replaces authorities, insurance providers, airlines, hospitals, or family in an emergency situation.
Don't guarantee third-party vendors
Third-party providers are independent businesses. Partners should not imply that every provider is guaranteed or that Z Travel is committing to outcomes on a vendor's behalf.
Don't promise professional outcomes
Don't promise visa, medical, legal, financial, or banking outcomes, or anything outside the scope of Z Travel's services.
Don't quote different prices
Don't quote prices that differ from the official pricing or add commitments beyond what Z Travel has published.
Don't accept payment on Z Travel's behalf
Don't accept payment on behalf of Z Travel without clear written instructions from Z Line Group LLC.
